· Machine Programming: practical approach, program structure, examples. Programming, debug, troubleshooting for real machine. MCR – theory, wiring. Practical troubleshooting using software, measurements, statistics, parameters.

· Diagnostics: Approaches, Techniques, Theory, Writing Diagnostics programs in PLC and Panel (HMI, SCADA).

· Industrial networks overview, configuration, establishing reliable communication, data exchange  (Modbus, DH 485, DF1 FD, DF1 HD, ETHERNET, EthernetIP, WIRELESS, ASCII). Implicit and explicit messages examples.

· Direct communication between GE Fanuc-AB PLC on the Modbus Network

· Allen Bradley PLC – wiring, configuration, on- /off- line programming, monitoring, troubleshooting, histograms, recovery, specialty modules.

· Sensors – theory, practice, applications,  wiring to PLC, configuration and tuning, testing, common problems.

· Variable Frequency Drive – theory, applications, wiring to motor and PLC, configuration, programming. Practical methods to resolve problems in real equipment.

· Servo Drive – theory,  applications, wiring to PLC and Motor, Commissioning.  Programming for PLC task, PresetTable, Discrete IO, Analog IO, and Encoder. Current, RPM monitoring. Examples of Problems resolution in real industrial applications.

· Barcode reader – theory, applications, programming, connection to PLC, PLC port configuration, ASCII instructions, string data handling, data-base. Coding, printing and label application in product packaging lines.

· RFID programming, configuration, communication with PLC. Developing applications for recognition and product tracking.

· Pneumatics – theory, applications, elements, blueprints, assembly,  maintenance, troubleshooting, wiring to PLC. Compressor, air line and automation—practical maintenance and troubleshooting

· AC/DC motors in automated equipment

· PID control in simple words, Proportional-Derivative-Integral feedback. Analog and Relay output. PID in PLC.

· Safety Relay   principle of operations, use and wiring

· Thermo controllers programming and wiring, Thermocouples types and connections, operations.

· Solid State Counters programming and wiring

· Analog IO, High speed counter – applications, configuration, wiring, programming instructions.

· HMI – theory, applications, wiring, connection to PLC,  programming, port configurations, SCADA applications.

· Programming conveyor sorter system. Indexing. Data exchange on the plant: Server-PLC-Printers-Drives-Recognition Devices

· Project – Conveyor-sorter system for barcode ID items in PLC network, controlled by HMI and SCADA.

· PLC Omron basic programming.

· PLC Siemens basic programming.

· PLC GE basic programming and Networking.

· WEB enabled control. Configuration and Programming. Serial to Ethernet connection. PLC control from WEB browser. E-Mail notifications from control systems.
